* dbusbind.c (XD_BASIC_DBUS_TYPE): Use dbus_type_is_valid and
dbus_type_is_basic if available.
(xd_extract_signed, xd_extract_unsigned): Rename from
extract_signed and extract_unsigned, respectively.  Adapt callers.
